Ingredients
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 7 tbsp flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 10g baking soda
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 200g cheese
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 150g mayonnaise
  • 100g feta cheese
Preparation
  1. Grate the zucchini using a coarse grater.
  2. Drain the water from it by squeezing.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, add the flour with baking soda, and mix until smooth. Add the drained zucchini and mix.
  4. Spread the mixture in a wide baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake until done.
  5. Mix the remaining ingredients to make the filling. After baking the zucchini, spread the filling and roll it up.
  6. Serve chilled!
