Ingredients

Preparation
First, activate the yeast with a little warm milk (100 ml), sugar (2 tbsp), and flour (3 tbsp).
Beat the eggs very well with the sugar and the remaining warm milk.
Sift the flour with a pinch of salt into a large bowl, then add the egg and milk mixture.
Stir with a large spoon until you can, then continue with your hands, gradually adding the fat.
Let the dough rise, then shape the rolls by dividing the dough into equal balls and rolling each into a rounded triangle.
Cut the tip into 3 places, add jam to the short part, and roll the dough into a crescent.
Arrange the rolls on trays, let them rise, brush with beaten yolk and milk, sprinkle with walnuts and sugar, and bake at 170 degrees until golden.
