Ingredients

50 g walnuts

30 g raisins

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp coconut oil

1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Chop the walnuts and almonds into large pieces.
Mix the oats, nuts, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Add the melted coconut oil and honey, and stir well.
Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
Remove and let cool, then add the raisins.
