Ingredients
  • garlic – 2 heads
  • potatoes – 2 pcs
  • onion – 1 pc
  • butter – 20 g
  • cream – 100 ml
  • vegetable broth – 700 ml
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • thyme – 1/2 tsp
Preparation
  1. Peel the garlic cloves.
  2. Chop the potatoes and onion.
  3. Sauté the onion and garlic in butter until lightly golden.
  4. Add the potatoes.
  5. Pour in the broth.
  6. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Blend until smooth.
  8. Stir in the cream, season with salt, pepper, and thyme, and heat for another 2-3 minutes before serving.
