Chia with Mango

Ingredients
  • chia seeds – 80 g
  • fresh milk (or coconut/almond) – 400 ml
  • mango – 2 pcs
  • honey or maple syrup – 2 tbsp
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
  • coconut flakes – 40 g
Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix chia seeds with milk.
  2. Add honey and vanilla.
  3. Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
  5. Peel and dice the mango or puree it.
  6. Divide the chia pudding into cups.
  7. Top with mango and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Serve.
