Ingredients
  • 400 g chicken meat
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken meat into pieces.
  2. Chop the onion finely and dice the tomatoes.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan.
  4. Fry the meat until golden.
  5. Add the onion and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the tomatoes and spices.
  7. Let it simmer on low heat for about 20-25 minutes until the meat is tender.
  8. Serve warm.
