Ingredients
  • boiled eggs – 4 pcs
  • green salad – 120 g
  • cucumber – 1 pc
  • cherry tomatoes – 150 g
  • mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • yogurt – 2 tbsp
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Preparation
  1. Boil the eggs and peel them.
  2. Cut them into pieces.
  3. Wash and chop the vegetables.
  4. Put everything in a bowl.
  5. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and yogurt.
  6. Add olive oil to the dressing.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and mix.
