Preparation
Mix the flour, yeast, and salt.
Add the water and olive oil and knead the dough.
Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough and place it in a baking tray.
Spread with tomato sauce.
Sprinkle with cheese and arrange the pepperoni on top.
Sprinkle with oregano.
Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden.
