Preparation
First, prepare a fluffy batter by beating the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, and orange zest until noticeably lighter and frothy.
Mix the flour with baking powder and combine it with the egg mixture, then gently fold in the oil.
Carefully add Fanta to avoid losing carbonation, then spread the batter onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 20-25 minutes until golden, then let it cool completely.
For the cream, cut peaches into large pieces or arrange them directly on the cake base. Mix cottage cheese with sour cream and optionally with peach pieces.
Whip the cream with powdered cream and vanilla sugar, then fold it into the mixture and spread it over the cooled base.
Optionally, sprinkle cinnamon sugar or ground cinnamon on top of the cream. Enjoy!
