Ingredients
  • cucumbers – 2 pcs
  • yogurt – 400 g
  • water – 200 ml
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • dill – 1 tbsp
  • walnuts – 40 g
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
Preparation
  1. Slice or grate the cucumbers.
  2. Place them in a bowl.
  3. Add the yogurt and water.
  4. Mix in the crushed garlic and dill.
  5. Add the olive oil and salt to taste.
  6. Stir well and sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator and serve cold.
