Preparation
Wash and tear the green lettuce and arugula.
Cut the cherry tomatoes and slice the cucumber.
Lightly toast the nuts in a dry pan.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, honey, and lemon juice.
Drizzle the salad with the dressing.
Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and serve.
