Ingredients
  • 120 g green lettuce
  • 50 g arugula
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 40 g walnuts
  • 40 g almonds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
  1. Wash and tear the green lettuce and arugula.
  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes and slice the cucumber.
  3. Lightly toast the nuts in a dry pan.
  4. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  5. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, honey, and lemon juice.
  6. Drizzle the salad with the dressing.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and serve.
