Ingredients
  • eggs – 8 pcs
  • fresh milk – 100 ml
  • cheese – 150 g
  • pepper – 1 pc
  • spinach – 100 g
  • ham or bacon – 100 g
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/3 tsp
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Beat the eggs with the milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Chop the pepper and ham/bacon into small pieces.
  4. Grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  5. Distribute the vegetables, meat, and grated cheese into the molds.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over them.
  7. Bake for about 20–25 minutes until golden.
  8. Let cool slightly and remove from the mold, serve.
