Ingredients
  • biscuits – 200 g
  • butter – 100 g
  • cream cheese – 400 g
  • cream – 200 ml
  • sugar – 120 g
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
  • gelatin – 10 g
  • strawberries – 250 g
Preparation
  1. Crush the biscuits and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into a mold for the base.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator.
  4. Beat the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla.
  5. Whip the cream and fold it into the cream mixture.
  6. Dissolve the gelatin and mix it with the cream.
  7. Pour over the base and arrange the strawberries on top.
  8. Chill for at least 3-4 hours before serving.
