Preparation
Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
Add the eggs and mix well.
Stir in the oats, baking powder, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Mix until you have a smooth batter.
Heat a pan with a little oil.
Pour small pancakes and shape them.
Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden.
Repeat with the remaining batter and serve.
