Ingredients
  • 2 bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g oats
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp oil or olive oil
Preparation
  1. Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the eggs and mix well.
  3. Stir in the oats, baking powder, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  4. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
  5. Heat a pan with a little oil.
  6. Pour small pancakes and shape them.
  7. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden.
  8. Repeat with the remaining batter and serve.
