Ingredients
  • potatoes – 500 g
  • onion – 1 pc
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • butter – 20 g
  • fresh milk – 200 ml
  • vegetable broth – 600 ml
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • parsley – 1 tbsp
Preparation
  1. Peel and chop the potatoes.
  2. Chop the onion and garlic.
  3. Sauté them in butter until softened.
  4. Add the potatoes.
  5. Pour in the broth.
  6. Cook until the potatoes are tender.
  7. Blend until smooth.
  8. Stir in the fresh milk, season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve.
