Ingredients
  • oats – 200 g
  • protein powder (vanilla or chocolate) – 100 g
  • peanut butter – 120 g
  • honey – 80 g
  • fresh milk (or plant-based) – 120 ml
  • dark chocolate – 80 g
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
Preparation
  1. Grind the oats to a fine texture.
  2. In a bowl, mix the oats and protein powder.
  3. Add the peanut butter, honey, milk, and vanilla.
  4. Stir until a thick and sticky mixture forms.
  5. Spread the mixture in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Melt the chocolate and spread it on top.
  7. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours to set.
  8. Cut into bars and serve.
