Preparation
Clean the peppers from the seeds.
Chop the onion finely.
Heat the oil and sauté the onion.
Add the rice and stir.
Add the minced meat and cook for a few minutes.
Add the chopped tomato and spices.
Stuff the peppers with the mixture and arrange them in a pot, adding water halfway.
Cook on low heat for about 40-50 minutes and serve warm.
