Ingredients
  • 400 g pork meat
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
  1. Cut the meat into pieces.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
  3. Chop the eggplant, zucchini, bell pepper, and tomatoes.
  4. Finely chop the onion.
  5. Mix all ingredients in a gyuvech or baking dish.
  6. Add the oil and spices and stir well.
  7. Cover and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 1–1.5 hours.
  8. Serve warm.
