Ingredients

350 grams of wheat flour

120 grams of powdered sugar

240 grams of butter

3-4 egg yolks

1 packet of vanilla sugar

Finely grated zest of one lemon

Raspberry jam

Powdered sugar for decoration
Preparation
Combine flour, powdered sugar, softened butter, egg yolks, vanilla sugar, and lemon zest in a bowl and mix into a dough.
Divide the dough into 2 equal balls, wrap in foil, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface to about 5 mm thick and cut out shapes, preferably stars.
Cut a small hole in the center of half of the cookies.
Bake the cookies at 180 degrees for about 7 minutes, watching closely to prevent over-browning.
Dust the hot cookies with holes with powdered sugar, let the others cool, then spread a thin layer of raspberry jam on them.
Top the jam-covered cookies with the cookies that have holes, and enjoy!
