Ingredients
  • tortillas – 4 pcs
  • beef – 500 g
  • bell pepper – 1 pcs
  • onion – 1 pcs
  • tomatoes – 2 pcs
  • lettuce – 4 leaves
  • yogurt – 200 g
  • garlic – 1 clove
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • paprika – 1 tsp
Preparation
  1. Slice the beef into thin strips.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Heat a pan with olive oil and fry the meat until cooked.
  4. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with garlic for the sauce.
  6. Warm the tortillas.
  7. Place meat, vegetables, lettuce, and tomatoes inside.
  8. Drizzle with sauce and roll up. Serve.
