Preparation
Slice the beef into thin strips.
Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat a pan with olive oil and fry the meat until cooked.
Add the chopped onion and bell pepper and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the yogurt with garlic for the sauce.
Warm the tortillas.
Place meat, vegetables, lettuce, and tomatoes inside.
Drizzle with sauce and roll up. Serve.
