Ingredients
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 jar pickled cabbage
Preparation
  1. Chop the onion finely.
  2. Heat the oil and sauté the onion.
  3. Add the rice and stir.
  4. Add the minced meat and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  6. Separate the leaves from the cabbage and place a small amount of filling in each.
  7. Roll the cabbage leaves.
  8. Arrange them in a pot and add enough water to cover.
  9. Cook on low heat for about 40-50 minutes.
  10. Serve hot.
