dark chocolate (85%+) – 80 g
Preparation
Melt the coconut oil.
In a bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa, and erythritol.
Add the peanut butter, melted coconut oil, and vanilla.
Stir until a thick and homogeneous mixture forms.
Spread the mixture in a small tray lined with baking paper.
Melt the chocolate and spread it on top.
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours to set.
Cut into bars and serve.
