Ingredients
  • 500 g wheat flour
  • ½ packet dry yeast
  • 250 ml milk
  • 150 g natural yogurt 3.5% fat
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 70 g sugar
  • 70 g butter
  • 100 g chocolate chips or broken chocolate
Preparation
  1. In lukewarm milk, add yeast, sugar, and salt, stirring to dissolve.
  2. Add yogurt and mix with melted, cooled butter.
  3. In a bowl (with a lid), vigorously mix the milk mixture with flour using a dough hook.
  4. Cover the bowl, place it in a warm spot, and wait for the dough to double in size (up to 2 hours).
  5. Scoop small portions of dough (slightly larger than an egg) with 2 tablespoons and place on baking trays lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush with milk and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown (about 15-25 minutes).
  7. Brush again with milk when out of the oven, let cool slightly, and enjoy.
