Ingredients
  • cauliflower – 600 g
  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • mozzarella (shredded) – 200 g
  • parmesan – 50 g
  • garlic powder – 1/2 tsp
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • sugar-free tomato sauce – 100 g
  • cheese or mozzarella for topping – 150 g
  • toppings of choice (ham
  • mushrooms
  • olives) – 150 g
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Grind the cauliflower to 'rice' and steam for 5 minutes.
  3. Let it cool and squeeze out excess water.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cauliflower with eggs, mozzarella, parmesan, and spices.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper as a crust.
  6. Bake for about 15–20 minutes until golden.
  7. Remove and spread with tomato sauce, add cheese and chosen toppings, bake for another 10 minutes until melted.
