chicken or vegetable broth – 800 ml

black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Preparation
Heat the butter in a pot and sauté the chopped onion and garlic.
Add the broccoli (cut into florets).
Pour in the broth and simmer for about 10–15 minutes until tender.
Blend the soup until smooth.
Stir in the cream and grated cheese.
Mix until melted and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve warm.
