Sweet Potato with Tahini

Ingredients

sweet potatoes – 4 pcs (about 800 g)

tahini – 4 tbsp

honey – 2 tbsp

olive oil – 2 tbsp

salt – 1/2 tsp

cinnamon – 1/2 tsp

sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into cubes or slices.
Season with olive oil, salt, and cinnamon.
Spread them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 25–30 minutes until golden and soft.
In a small bowl, mix tahini with honey (you can add a little water for a thinner sauce).
Drizzle the roasted potatoes with tahini sauce.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
