Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients
  • shrimp (peeled) – 600 g
  • garlic – 4 cloves
  • butter – 40 g
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • parsley – 1/2 bunch
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/3 tsp
  • hot pepper (optional) – 1 pc
Preparation
  1. Pat the shrimp dry with kitchen paper.
  2. Heat a pan with butter and olive oil.
  3. Add finely chopped garlic and sauté for 30 seconds (do not burn).
  4. Add the shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until pink and juicy.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and optional hot pepper.
  6. Add lemon juice and stir.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  8. Serve immediately 👍
