Ingredients
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet dry yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • approximately 700 g flour
  • 300-400 g cheese
  • 50 g butter
Preparation
  1. Knead the dough by mixing warm water with yogurt in a bowl.
  2. Add the yeast, salt, sugar, and oil, and mix well.
  3. Gradually add sifted flour to form a smooth, non-sticky dough.
  4. Cover with oil and plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
  5. Prepare the filling by mixing crumbled cheese with 2 eggs and 1 egg white.
  6. Divide the risen dough into balls, roll each into a sheet, and fill with the mixture.
  7. Roll up, twist, and place in a round baking dish lined with parchment, then let rise again before baking at 170°C until golden.
