We may collect account details such as username and email, profile and chef-service information, recipes and media you publish, request details, messages needed to deliver the service, reviews, cookie preferences, device data and technical logs used for security and reliability.
We use data to operate Culinaro, display public content, connect clients and chefs, deliver messages and requests, manage reviews, provide support, secure accounts, prevent abuse, improve the product and meet legal obligations.
We process data to perform the service contract, with consent where required, to comply with legal duties and for legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, product reliability and marketplace trust.
We keep data only as long as needed for the stated purposes, account management, security, legal compliance or dispute handling. Registered users can request deletion or use available account deletion tools, subject to records that must be retained by law or for legitimate safety reasons.
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where applicable by contacting us. Registered users can also manage or delete their account from Settings when the feature is available.
We do not sell personal data. Public profile, recipe and review content may be visible to other users and search engines. Request and message details are shared with the relevant client or chef. We use trusted processors to run the service and may disclose data where required by law.
